orders ship out in 5 working days or less. All
other orders ship in 10 working days. Some
custom orders and Estate Gates can take up to 3
weeks.
If the fence order is to a residential address you will
have a Home Delivery fee of $ 150.00 added to
your order due to the high cost to deliver to
residential addresses. This fee is charged to us
on all residential deliveries to covers the cost
of sending smaller trucks with lift gates when
available to lower fence to the ground.
Also included in this charge is required call
from the shipper's local
terminal to arrange for a delivery time. We can not
guarantee any particular day or time of
delivery.
The free shipping is included for the lower 48 states based on zones -
Alaska and Hawaii are not included. If you live
in Alaska or Hawaii - please e-mail or call us
and we will calculate shipping for you.
After the materials have left the warehouse, it is the trucking
company's responsibility to get it to you in
good condition. It is the customer's
responsibility to be available at time of
delivery to check all quantities of packages and
inspect for damaged or missing packages.
If customer requests incurs additional overtime,
incurs a re-delivery fee, or uses other optional
service from shipper, customer must contract
these services directly with shipper and pay
driver at time of delivery.
In compliance with DOT guidelines, shipper only guarantees
product to be free from damage when the truck
drives onto the customers property.
Outdoor Solutions Co., Inc. is
not responsible for any damage or shortage
caused by the delivery company. Customer understands that each trucking company provides
insurance for damaged or shorted material while
in transit. Problems are rare, but if they do
occur,
shortage or damage must be noted on the bill of
lading at the time of delivery.
We will take care of all freight claims as long as
the bill of lading was signed for at the time of
delivery as being damaged or short.
You will not find another online who
will do this for you!
Sometimes an inspector will be sent out to see
the damage or to note a shortage.
If proper papers are not signed at the time of
delivery for any problems, it is the customer's
responsibility to seek reimbursement from the
trucking company for any damages or shortages.
We will assist you in any way we can to resolve
your problem if one does occur but it can be
very difficult to try to make claims when no
problems are noted at the time of delivery.
