Orders can be
canceled within 48 hours for a full refund. We will accept most
any item we sell as a return for credit less shipping and
restocking costs within 30 days of receiving the product(s),
except specially fabricated and special order items listed
below. After 30 days, the product's manufacturer becomes
responsible within the limitations of their specific warranties.
You are responsible for shipping charges. Please read the full
explanation below for exceptions and conditions.
Canceled Orders
Orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a fee for
restocking. Once orders are placed, fence is assembled, painted
and boxed then organized on pallets per job. If orders are
canceled after order is ready to ship, there will be a 10%
handling and restocking fee.
How To Return Item(s)
All returned items must have an RMA number. Mark the RMA number
clearly on the outside of the package or on the shipping label.
COD return shipments will not be accepted. Call
888-348-4695 always before returning an item.
You must return
the item(s) in its original condition and in its original store
presentation box or container. Please place the items original
box inside another box to protect the original. The customer is
responsible for the safe and undamaged return of all items. Do
not reuse packing or shipping boxes that have been damaged. Upon
receiving the item(s) back, we will inspect them to make sure
all parts, including installation instructions and
documentation, are returned. Damaged or missing items will be
deducted from your refund. Ship all items with signature
required and insured. Failure to do so could result in no
refund, if it is clear we had not received the item back. Refund
will be adjusted for all items returned missing instruction
manuals, original packaging materials or in an otherwise
un-sellable condition.
Amount of refund
Shipping charges are not refundable. If the original shipping
charge is indicated on your invoice, your refund will not
include that shipping charge. Free delivery shipments still
incur outbound freight charges. These charges will be deducted
from from refund. Restocking fees apply to most returns.
Merchandise that is accepted for return to stock can incur a 20%
to 50% restocking fee of the gross material cost to cover the
handling, inspection, repacking and recoating of the goods. The
minimum charge for any return is $ 150.00 plus outbound freight
charges paid by Outdoor Solutions Co., Inc.
Refused shipments at time of
delivery
Orders that are refused at time of delivery where a shipping
expense has been incurred by us, will be subject to no refund of
the shipping charge to you and an additional charge for the
shipping fee back to us. Restocking and handling fees apply as
well. If for any reason you feel that a shipment is not
acceptable, call us immediately at 888-348-4695. In cases of
damaged merchandise these shipping charges will be waived, if a
successful claim can be filed against the shipper with your
assistance.
Special orders
Any order that is considered special fabrication is not
returnable and therefore not refundable, unless the product is
damaged or not built as ordered. This includes gates, ornamental
aluminum fence and customized work of any kind. Only products
that are advertised as our standard product line can be accepted
for returns.
Pricing Errors and Omissions
As we look to increase the number of items being offered on our
site, the chance increases that an item may be shown with an
incorrect price. We work hard to avoid these errors, but
they can happen. If we have made a mistake on an item you are
wanting to purchase, we will attempt to honor that price if at
all possible. Unfortunately there may be times when we cannot
honor a wrong price and, therefore, we reserve the right to
cancel any order.
